Security at PhotoPrintAgent

PhotoPrintAgent is operated by Rainmaker LLC. Our official website is photoprintagent.com, where you can prepare photo prints, review your total and track your orders.

Report a concern

If you suspect an account problem, impersonation, abuse or a security issue, contact our support team or email support@rainmakerco.com. For a technical report, include the affected page, approximate time and steps to reproduce the issue. Redact personal information from screenshots.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, private order links, payment details or customer photos in your report. Do not access another person’s account or data, place orders, or disrupt the service to demonstrate an issue. We may ask for more information through support.

Recognize a genuine order message

Order updates use orders@photoprintagent.com; our support contact is support@rainmakerco.com. A displayed sender name or address alone does not prove an email is genuine. If a message is unexpected, open PhotoPrintAgent directly and check My orders, or contact support through this site.

Sign in and pay with care

Start sign-in from PhotoPrintAgent. Choosing Google opens Google’s sign-in flow; enter your Google password only on Google’s own sign-in page. Connecting an AI agent opens PhotoPrintAgent’s authorization page, where you can review the requested access.

Card checkout uses Square’s payment form within PhotoPrintAgent. Your card details are handled by Square. A card verification or wallet confirmation may open a provider-controlled sheet. Always review the amount before approving payment.

We never ask you to send a password, one-time sign-in code, wallet recovery phrase or private key to support. We never ask you to ignore a browser or wallet security warning. If something looks wrong, stop and contact us.

Keep access private

Private order links and agent credentials can grant access to your orders. Do not post them publicly. Revoke unused agent connections in your account. If a payment result is uncertain, check the saved order before retrying; do not create another payment to resolve it.
