FROM CAMERA ROLL TO KEEPSAKE
Your favorite phone photos deserve a place at home.
Order photo prints from your phone’s browser. Choose a few favorites, check how they fit on paper, and arrange delivery to a United States address.
Create your prints
1. Start with the original photo
Select the original from your photo library or download the full-resolution file from your cloud photo service first. A screenshot, social-media download, or messaging preview may have fewer pixels and more compression than the original.
On iPhone, HEIC and HEIF photos are supported. JPEG, PNG and WebP files from Android phones are also supported. Each file must be no larger than 15 MB and 24 megapixels. Larger camera images need exporting at a smaller size before upload.
2. Choose photos and check the preview
Open Create prints and tap “Choose photos.” Select images from your device’s photo picker. Your file is sent to the preview service when selected, which converts it to a compatible still image. Sign in when prompted to save your print-ready photos and continue.
For Live Photos, the still image is printed, not the video or sound. Animated files use a still frame; a multi-page TIFF uses its first page. Export a particular frame or page separately if that is the picture you want.
3. Adjust the crop and number of copies
Open “Adjust” on a photo to choose portrait or landscape. Use “Fill print” to fill the 4×6 paper and reposition the image so faces stay inside the frame. Use “Fit whole photo” if keeping all the edges matters more than filling the sheet.
Aim for at least 1200 × 1800 pixels for a portrait print, or 1800 × 1200 for landscape. Zoom in on the original: blur from movement or missed focus will still be visible on paper. Choose copies for yourself, family, or an album.
4. Review delivery and the final total
Enter the recipient’s name and U.S. address, including the apartment or unit number. Review any address suggestion rather than assuming it is correct. Request your total to see print cost, shipping and tax before approving payment.
After payment, check My orders for the print partner’s acceptance and subsequent updates. If a payment appears stuck, check the same order or contact support before trying to pay again.
