Photos and delivery

You must have permission to print your images and provide accurate delivery details. Check the crop and quantity for each photo. On-screen colors may differ from physical prints.

Address suggestions use Google Maps and are subject to the Google Maps terms. Check the selected address before ordering.

Prices and payment

Checkout shows the partner’s quote, including shipping and tax. Quotes expire; your final total must be confirmed before payment. A payment authorization is not confirmation that an order has been accepted by the lab. Check My orders for status.

Coupons

Coupons may have eligibility rules, start/end dates, usage limits, and promotion budgets. Only one code applies per order. Your discounted total must be approved before checkout. Any tax credit is funded by PhotoPrintAgent; the provider’s quoted tax remains part of fulfillment cost. Complimentary orders still require your approval and are subject to the same photo and delivery rules.

Changes and problems

For cancellation, damaged or incorrect prints, or failed fulfillment after payment, contact support@photoprintagent.com with your order number. Eligibility and available remedies depend on order status and the issue. Your applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Agent orders

An agent must obtain the buyer’s approval of the photos, address, and quoted total before creating or paying for an order. Protect your API keys and wallet credentials. Reuse the same order for a payment retry; never pay again when the result is uncertain.
