Create your prints
Small prints for albums, frames and gifts
Classic 4×6 prints have a 3:2 shape and fit many everyday albums. A 5×7 has a different shape, so review the crop instead of reusing a 4×6 crop unchanged. Square sizes such as 4×4 work well when your subject sits near the center.
For a 300-pixels-per-inch starting point, prepare 1200 × 1200 pixels for 4×4, 1200 × 1800 for 4×6, or 1500 × 2100 for 5×7. These are nominal image targets; use the selected product’s artwork specifications for its exact requirements.
Larger prints for display
An 8×10 suits a desk or shelf frame. Large-format prints such as 11×14, 16×20 and 20×30 give a favorite photo more room on a wall. Measure your frame opening and check the selected product’s dimensions and finish.
At 300 pixels per inch, an 8×10 needs 2400 × 3000 pixels and a 16×20 needs 4800 × 6000. These are preparation targets, not a promise of print quality. Viewing distance, image focus and the amount of cropping also matter.
Check the shape before printing
Changing print size can change which parts of your photo fit. Preview each image at its selected size and keep faces and important details inside the crop. Use Fit whole photo when keeping every edge matters; white space may be added.
A low-resolution warning means the image may look soft in print. Upload the original camera file whenever possible. Enlarging a small file does not restore missing detail.

Use Create prints to browse the current products and upload your photos. Availability, finish and delivery eligibility depend on the selected product and destination. The quote shows prints, shipping and tax before payment.
