Where can I send photo prints?
The current service supports United States delivery addresses. We check availability for the address you enter. We do not promise that every ZIP code or special address type is supported.
To send photos to family or a friend, enter the recipient’s name and delivery address. Check the street number, apartment or unit, city, state and ZIP code. Google address suggestions can help, and manual entry is available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is quoted together with your prints and tax before payment. The destination and order details determine the quote, so the site does not advertise a flat shipping charge or assume delivery is free.
If you use a coupon, review the revised total and its breakdown before approving the order. Quotes expire, and a fresh quote may be needed if you change the photos, quantity or address.
When will my prints arrive?
Your current estimated delivery time is shown before checkout. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is a delivery estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Payment received means payment was recorded. Processing means your order has been accepted for printing. These are separate from shipment and delivery.
Where can I find tracking or get help?
Open My orders to review payment and production status. Tracking links appear when available; a paid order may not have a tracking number yet.
For an address mistake, cancellation request, missing delivery, or damaged or incorrect prints, contact support@photoprintagent.com with your order reference. Changes may no longer be possible once printing starts. Our support team will check the order and help resolve the issue.
